With outdoor eating, a decent ambiance and steady tunes, a perfect summer night attracts Lakeview residents and passerbys to Matisse Tavern & Grill. Unfortunately, the food did not deliver (not literally although I am fairly certain that they don't deliver). The tuscan chicken panini had everything going for it but came up short in the flavor department.
